Welcome

I graduated from Cortiva Institute in Seattle Washington. I specialize in deep tissue, working the entire body to bring balance and restoration through increasing range of motion and structural integration. My style is very fluid as I melt into the muscles and release tension throughout the body. My favorite modality is Ashiatsu; deepfeet therapy, known as the world’s deepest massage. Applying body weight, I am able to provide a deeper more luxurious massage with a broader pressure than traditional Massage allows. I like to integrate cupping into my practice as well. An ancient technique using suction to decompress the tissue creating space and myofascial release. I am also a mom of two and since have had a soft spot for pregnancy massage.
